As an artist whose music has been accepted on Magnatune, you now need to sign a copy of the agreement and the attachment, then fax it to us at (510) 217-6374 (in Europe/UK, 44 (0) 87 0460 4987). Send us an email if you want us email a signed PDF of the agreement back to you.

Why do we have a contract? Among other reasons, there are two big things we need to get in writing:

• you give us the right to distribute and market your music
• we have to pay you when people buy your music

The agreement you sign:

• Distribution agreement: initial each page on the bottom right, sign the last page.
• Attachment: list the songs you want included in this agreement, and sign.

• Annotated Distribution agreement: for your information only, do not fax this in.
• Annotated Attachment: For your information only, do not fax this in.
